TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PRICE CLAUSE:

Whilst we shall endeavour to maintain the our prices, if between date of quotation and date of order any variation in cost occurs, then the price quoted shall be amended accordingly.

EXCLUSIONS:

Our prices exclude all electrical wiring, other than as stated, all plumbers work, builders work, including all forming of holes or apertures, all modifications to brickwork or timberwork, any time loss due to the site not being clear and prepared and anything not definitely stated.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Unless otherwise stated, 25% deposit with order and the balance with specific entitlement to interim payments where applicable strictly net for payment 30 days from date of invoice. 

We reserve the right to charge interest at 5% above Bank Rate per month on any amount overdue.

Legal ownership of the goods would not pass to the purchaser until full and final payment has been received by this Company.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

All quotations given, and all orders accepted are subject to our Standard Conditions of Sale.

WARRANTY:

The equipment as specified in this quotation would be covered by the terms of the manufacturers’ own individual warranty plans, which generally run for a period of 12 months.
